Today I speak with Rebecca Lodin. Rebecca has been working in advanced manufacturing for 13 years, from telecom to automotive, and medical. We talk about the impact of data in manufacturing and project management, the similarity between a production plant and a data warehouse, how cloud-based technologies lower technical and financial barriers, how this highlights the role that psychological safety plays in supporting a data-driven culture, and other topics.
